1) Yes.. if the hotel has projectors & screen we can use them
2) The projectors are connected to our notebook.. no problems with compatibility. They will all accept a VGA input
3) We will setup at least 1.5 hrs before
4) For photocard distribution, our staff are trained to recognise where the guests are sitting (yes.. it can be done with some practice .
For the photocard guestbook, it will be left at the reception or our printing station and our distributors will invite them to go to the reception to sign as they give them the photocards
For the digital guestbook, our staff handling the digital guestbook will identify faces and approach them to sign
5) The soft copy of the photos will be in JPG. No problems to print 4R or even up to A4 from the soft copy.

I have a few questions:

(1) For the live projection, will you be using the hotel’s projectors and screens (if it was loaned to us complimentary)?
(2) How do I know whether the projectors and screens provided by the hotel is compatible to your cameras or not?
(3) How many hours in advance will you set up + test the equipments?
(4) It was stated in the FAQ that the photocards will be distributed to the guests personally. But how do you identify the person in the photo out of so many guests in the event? Similarly, for the guestbook, how are you going to pass around for guests to sign?
(5) What format will the soft copy photos be in? Can i print a min of 4R photo from it?

My wedding event is on the 16th October 2010. It will be a one day event held at the same venue starting from 5pm (solemnization) all the way through dinner. I’m expecting approximately 450 guests. Could I still take the “Platinum Package – S$2288″? And how much more would it cost if I were to add on both “Live Projection” and “Digital Guestbook”?
